Ooooh! An oven frittata!!!

I do something very similar starting in a large heavy pan on the stove top.

So much fun, time to chatter and laugh with my husband as everything comes together.

Onions: lots of onions, chopped every which way, neatness not needed. Every whatever leftover from fridge.

Open a bottle of wine …

I like this… I often make Muffin tin frittatas and freeze them to be eaten through the week… easy, delicious, & nourishing…. ❤️
