The big ego of presidential power takes over and *obliterates* any learning from the past. GWB was ridiculed no end for that declaration, in a pilot's uniform no less. At least Trump was not in uniform; it would have been really ridiculous.
So perfect! No one learns from history. Well, no one ever thought either of them had any idea of what happened in the past, whether ancient or current.
