We adopted her and brought her home yesterday. She is exactly as described and is getting along great with our other dog. I read The Contrarian every day and feel so powerless to make positive change in our crazy world. This was one thing we could do.
NOW, THAT'S A good-looking dog on her way to a great life. Dogs that have been through a "divorce" know it when the right home comes along.
We were lucky to speak with a previous owner when we adopted Teddy, and found we could improve on his situation of poor nutrition and maintenance and fighting with the other male poodles. In Janice's case, it seems like all a new friend will have to do is get up in the morning with her in exchange for a lifetime of grins. As Astro would say, rotsa ruck, Janice!
I’ve volunteered in several shelters here in the north Bay Area, CA! Am 86 & have owned & loved LOTS of canines throughout my long life. Cannot any longer, as I’m in a retirement community on 3rd floor! I sure miss the critters ……. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

Awww, darling Janice! What a sweetie. Hope she finds her forever home soon. I wish I could adopt her, but my Very Bad Kitty would kill me. Literally!
