Hi, Leroux! Good hobbies, my friend.
We should note that there are Mexican street dogs because spaying and neutering is not socially emphasized in Mexico. If we didn't have the public awareness and encouragement to spay and neuter our young pets, we'd have dogs roaming the streets here, with all the trouble that entails. It's true that neutered male dogs who live in human environments are happier and better able to comply with the kind of behavior that keeps us all safe and populations manageable. Kind of like that fourth leg, dogs don't necessarily need their you-know-whats unless they're meant for breeding.
It's also true that the cross-bred dogs you'll find in Mexico generally have good health and just need love and practice to develop awesome temperaments. Right, Leroux?
What a sweet looking dog! Missing that one leg doesn't stop them at all! My Jennie was just the same!
