Katie Britt is my senator, unfortunately, she has not considered the legal issues of IVF that still exist in her own state. While the criminal prosecution charges for IVF clinics and their clients have been lifted by rewriting the law it still does not prevent either from being sued in civil court. Not only that but it still doesn’t resolve the issue of fetal personhood or other things. So it’s not just the cost of the fertility treatments and other procedures that go with it in some states there is still a legal barrier as well as a cost barrier.
