I made these today for garden club workshop tomorrow. I did a taste test. They are yummy! I doubled the recipe and used a 13x9 pan.

Sounds good, though crystallized ginger may not be so easy to buy in the south Gulf Coast of TX. My spouse was just given some plain oat bites but these sound more tasty. Thank you.
