If the Supreme Court rules against mail-in ballots delivered during what were previously "grace periods," the Postal Service will be able to effectively negate any or even all mail-in ballots by delivering them after Election Day--effectively ending mail-in ballots altogether.

Someone needs to explain to me why on earth Donnie would raise all these roadblocks to voting. His supporters are among the least educated, least likely to have a passport, most likely to live miles away from a polling place, so more likely to be affected. So how is this helping him??
