Trump has spent years dehumanizing immigrants, exhorting law enforcement to treat suspects more roughly, and attacking the rule of law. The killings in Minnesota aren’t the collateral damage of Trump’s approach to governance. They’re a direct result.
I am in Boston also, but I grew up in Wisconsin very close to Saint Paul and Minneapolis and I still have dear friends there who are reporting to me the horrors they are seeing. And of course I tell everyone in Boston we could be next because we’re blue and we have a governor who is a lesbian. But I’m prepared like I was during Vietnam and the women’s rights issues and everything else to go out there and cause “good trouble”, thank you John Lewis!
AI is in full swing. I saw a GEORGE WILL hour long explanation that Trump was in deep trouble from the Republican leadership who was about to turn against him. The next day I found out the entire diatribe was an AI invention where they posted his image talking but it was not him. WHO IS DOING THIS? Very scary! be careful! what you see might be entirely made up!
Thank you for pointing this out. AI is definitely a very serious complication in "Reality". We all must be very very cautious and double check what is true and what is fabricated nonsense. What a world!!
ICE at the Olympics is the horrific next chapter to this hellscape that Trump & Miller are making of our America. Now they're inflicting these masked killers on our allies, in an event designed to represent and symbolize peace and unity.
If they don't, as the "official" (ha. ha.) statement says, have a public role -- don't send them. It's a power move, applauding their power to kill at will, goose-stepping out from Minneapolis to the world.
Something is seriously wrong with these two, inflicting terror and pain, and death, without remorse.
And they're doing it in our name. Funded by us. The more pushback they get, they more outcry they provoke, the worse they become. What's it going to take -- since we can't go in and bodily force them out -- for those elected to protect and serve US to do their jobs and STOP them?

Katie’s testament to the activity in Minneapolis was humbling and for those on the ground doing their best to instill comfort, compassion and faith to all those grieving the short lives of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti.
