Can we class action sue the Judicial Committees for not doing their jobs? Cruz , Hawley, Grassley, Graham, Cornyn, Jordan, Biggs and Roy are Insurrectionists that look the other way when they should act. There are a lot of ways to act but they would rather ride the gravy train. With no FEC Hawley won't ever be tried for campaign fund abuse - and his fraternity supports him. Corruption rules. BTW - Thomas says he didn't benefit from DEI so it's ok to discriminate vs blacks in Alabama; they should probably be slaves (wrong!)
This court is an activist court. They gutted the VRA without any oversight whatsoever. I like Doug Jones’s idea to elect these justices so they have term limits like every other federally elected office. Congress should be a balance on the Supreme Court.
