Great advice ... I have talked with my wife about the importance of finding joy each day to help stay mentally strong to deal with the hard stuff. And as a former youth and high school coach I agree it was joyful ... it was so rewarding, fun, challenging and absorbing ... I think I learned as much or more than the players.
