May I suggest a 5th and 6th panel?
Uncle Sam holding up the "for National Security" sign in both;
#5. Trumpolini in a straitjacket with a gag over his mouth;
#6. Trumpolini being bundled off in "the Beast" SUV (or an ambulance), with a sign pointing the way to the hospital.
The truth always hurts, eh orange convicted felon. That's why you lie all the time. You'd rather have others in constant pain.
