The new owner of the Commanders very wisely sidestepped any comments on what the new stadium would be named. I seriously doubt it will be named after the orange felon. He'll be long gone before that stadium is even finished, which is estimated as 2030.
Does the team want to follow Trump in disgrace with their stadium named after him? Will people want to attend in the numbers that they want to see in a stadium that bears Trump's name? Assuming they name it after him, there will likely be a quick name change in January of 2029.
