If we can't count on the post office to deliver our votes on time, we MUST use ballot drop boxes. I don't know whether these are available everywhere--and what about people who must drive miles to find one?

This will give GOP governors the means to coordinate with the USPS to delay mail deliveries in Democratic leaning zip codes.
