Corruption in government should never be tolerated. State government, local or federal corruption should be reported with proper investigation, oversight and accountability.
I love this is happening. The blatant corruption, in full view of us all is one of the most appalling things about the Trumpenstein Crime Syndicate. That the Grotesque Old Party members are just ignoring it all after their daily conniption fits about poor Hunter Biden or the Clintons is just ridiculous. MAGA is the poster child for hypocrites.
Great discussion reminding people that things can get done, especially by Democratic senators and reps who know how to use modern media to remind people of all the corruption going on. Right now, there are very few Democrats publicly addressing this issue. The rest? Old fogies who are just present enough to collect their pay and benefits. They have no idea how to send tweets or any other modern media messages.
Democratic primary voters: please vote AGAINST all the old farts. We need younger reps to get loud.

"Public integrity" is an excellent description that is so missing from the trump administration. I appreciate the work you are doing and wish you much success. The strategy to "sue the people outside of government who are trying to corruptly enable those inside of government, sue those government officials themselves, and then sue to stop the corrupt fruits of their labor" sounds well thought out.
Thanks for this report. I absolutely agree that corruption is a huge problem and that, even in the minority, members of Congress can and must do more. Accountability is key, but corruption funds so much of their terrible behavior. We must have both: much more accountability and powerfully fighting corruption!
Do we have sufficient laws to manage the perceived corruption? 18 USC 201 makes it a crime to "accept anything of value personally or for any other person or entity". Yet inaugural committees and campaign finance groups appear exempt? Or is the "pro" in quid pro quo just to hard to prove? But at least plainly accepting the ballroom bribes to build the ballroom would be easy to prove.
