I disagree with one thing that Rep. Hines implied, that trump wants Venezuela to become a democracy following regime change. That's just not observationally true: trump worships dictators (Putin, Kim), trump pardoned a drug dealer former president, Juan Orlando Hernandez of Honduras. Trump just wants a dictator in Venezuela who will pay tribute to him and given him a cut of the loot.
