Noem's appearance, from her tight, tight clothing and military cosplaying to her cascading extensions, to her bulbous lips and obviously false eyelashes, are designed to TITILLATE! Not men generally, but one man in particular! And we know who that is. I think she hopes he will cream in his pants when he sees her on TV or in person. And that's sure as heck ain't no Barbie.

When a federal judge banned their use by ICE, Noem said the judge was prohibiting a practice that had not been used. She said that with a straight face, despite countless news clips of ICEholes tossing chemical canisters into cars and groups of people. She lies as frequently as trump and is every bit as stupid.
