Why should Cook have to sue to keep her job? Trump should have to go to court to fire her! Can he disable her office key, withhold her paycheck, cut her off the Fed computer network (delete her computer account), etc.? I don't think so! She should just continue to work and participate in the business of the Federal Reserve, while Trump tries to establish that he has the authority to fire her.
