Sorry, Kinda lost me when the guest compared T's wanting to purchase Greenland and leave a legacy to Thomas Jefferson's Louisiana Purchase. T would love that!
Illuminating to understand what's out there in terms of foreign policy opinions on the future of NATO and the alliances between formerly democratic US and Europe. One may not agree with Professor Matthijs views that NATO is dead and that the historical alliance was always one sided to Europe's advantage. But it is important to hear those views as they probably represent a serious theme in foreign policy thinking.
How much does anyone want to bet that the "deal" that the Dear Leader has on Greenland is like his health care plan and all his other deals? It is a scam. He realizes he has gotten himself in over his head and now he has to weasel out. So he says he has a deal, the details of which will magically disappear in the chaos that is this administration. He is nothing more than a bully and a coward who is suffering from dementia. Shame on us for believing his lies.
All NATO countries need to take a hard look at what honest news sources in social media are filming in Minnesota and other occupied states right now. Here in Minnesota, ICE is breaking into homes without warrants or cause, kidnapping people who are US citizens, deporting them, sending them to other states and other countries, and tormenting families. It's exactly the same as 1930's Germany here. There is an enormous price to be paid for any ground given to this administration as regards land ownership or power over land in Europe. Of course, the legacy media isn't reporting what is really happening. Take a look at sources like statuscoup.com and meidastouch.com. In order to fight fascism, Europe must stay strong, informed, and anti-trump.
"Meanwhile, as the GOP sleeps, everything the Greatest Generation fought and died for is being casually discarded."
From an editorial in the Philadelphia Inquirer on Don the Con's efforts to destroy NATO.

It’s all about imperialism. He wants to be King Trump.
Thank you for more thoughts on the Trump predicament that affects not just the US but more of the world.
