Nobel Prize for the People of Minneapolis!

Ironically, the great weapon used so often by arch conservatives to defeat the liberal agenda is now the best weapon to use against Trump's fascist war on America. States Rights!

The 2nd Amendment gives to each State the right to keep an armed militia to protect people's freedom in its State. Today the " armed militia" is the National Guard. The undisputed threat to freedom in the States is Trump and his private army; ICE and CBP.

We cannot expect private protestors to stand up to fully armed, undisciplined agents of the Federal government.

That's why Governor Walz mobilized the MN National Guard, to protect the people against the KKK ICE.

Keep fighting this cancer my US friends, cut it away!

Because the US I and many like me know is not the US of mad king trump.

I attended the first two No Kings protests and I put this third one on my calendar. I have to make a new sign since my other sign was damaged in the last protest due to rain. We have to keep doing this and everything else we can to end this regime.

It is on my calendar.

I know it takes some time to organize these events, but that's two months from now! People are being executed. How about a little urgency? It doesn't take two months to make a new sign.

why aren't you supporting and promoting a National Strike on Friday Jan. 30? March is a long time away to show our outrage. You should capitalize on these two recent murders.

There are varying accounts of how many have died at the hands of ICE over various time periods. Is there an official count being kept somewhere? How about deaths in the prisons tRump has contracted for in other countries? Of course, all this pales when compared to the death count from cancelling USAID funding. There should be a daily or weekly death count well-advertised due to all tRump policies until the 2028 election.

I’m ready for round three. It’s marked on my calendar. This will be the loudest and largest protest than ever before. History is watching. Enough is enough!

Not soon enough...and not enough. We need a general strike organized very soon, while public attention and outrage is not mollified and diverted by mainstream press and the Trump fabrication machine from ICE atrocities against defenseless people and regular citizens. A general strike would be more than words on streetcorners...it would reflect willingness by a vast number of Americans to do without at this moment, to inflict pain and a message of people power to politicians of every stripe. We mean business....your business, and we're not just complaining anymore. We won't back away from this...ever.

All demonstrations should be held in front of the local offices of Republicans.

That and in front of the local FOX and CBS affiliates.

Four words: "Keep up the pressure."

I've been warning everyone who would listen about the jackboots crowd since 2015. It's about time folks started listening.

I AM ANTIFA!

Hey you folks who are wanting a mass protest sooner than 3/28 - don’t wait to be spoon fed. Go out and start regularly protesting in your area. It doesn’t have to be huge to be effective. I live near a small town and the local town group protests every Saturday noon to 1pm in a spot with high traffic visibility. Just get out and get your signs in front of as many eyes as possible as often as you can. It all helps and you don’t have to wait for someone else to do what you think they ought to do.

March 28 seems Very far away when things unfold each day, though I know the logistics behind the big marches take time to put into place. Let there be the organic rising up to meet each day’s needs, like in Minneapolis—it is stunning when a whole city stops to protest, to comfort, to protect, to keep the lid on in the midst of ongoing need. This is the lifeblood of resistance. And also plan for the nationwide stop to gather and make voices heard—but realize there is a LOT that can happen between then and now — more violence or subterfuge or world wide Trump sponsored chaos or fed-upness that escalates and causes a counter reaction. Sieze the day and the momentum, while planning for the big events.

But would even the wittiest protest sign make a difference? I’ll get optimistic only when there is very widespread participation in a general strike…real action, not just performance that makes participants feel good. I’m not holding my breath.
