The fact that 49 senators voted for the act should not make any one feel safe with this defeat. The spineless GOP will find a way to give Trump what he wants.

Cryptocurrency isn't an industry, it's a scam.

With all the reports about crypto scams, why is anyone having anything to do with it? Perhaps it will eventually fall of its own weight when enough have been snookered.

Thanks to both of you for clarifying the Clarity Act. I believe Congress intended it to be written that way.

The Trump crime family have hit on the ideal vehicle for their corruption in the crypto scam. As gullible Americans lose millions on crypto, Trump and sons…and daughter….have made the sort of money that the average person would never accumulate …and all just over a year…major blatant conflict of interest, anyone?

Why isn't Vance's fraud task force investigating this kind of fraud? It seems a lot of Americans are getting fleeced, including people who invested in the Trump family crypto scam.

Trump said crypto was a scam until the tech crypto titans explained how he could amass billions. The USA is being led by a crime family supported by gangsters including the Republicans in congress. No Republican in congress today should ever be reelected to any public office.

Trump divests himself of crypto on a regular basis. By using it as a medium for paying bribes to key Congressional members, Supreme Court justices, and key politicians across the country. He must be the Al Capone of political bribery. All obtained by stealing from his base, accepting untraceable payola from global sources, and crooks paying him back for his pardons. Why on earth would he care to regulate that??? Crypto is Satan’s curse.
