Excellent and very important piece. I've also long found it frustrating that real journalists working for real news organizations fail to call out the well documented history of lying and and remind readers/listeners of known conflicts with the facts.
"He( Trump) announced that he dispatched “border czar” Tom Homan to Minneapolis. Apparently, Homan will effectively take the reins from Bovino."
So which one is the frying pan and which one is the fire? Both spring from DHS, and from Trump to Noem, to Homan, and Bovino, all are adept at lying and not remotely acquainted with the truth. Violence comes and is encouraged from the top. Congress must interceed.
Perhaps his "repeated crying out" should have been countered with a Senate cry to "get thee to a rehab facility." Reading the law through a beer bottle does not bode well for dispensing justice. His confirmation weakend the court.
