"In 2022, he voted against a proposal that would have guaranteed seven days of paid sick leave for freight rail workers."

LET US RECALL that Mr. McConnell is worth $30 million. That right there is the problem. Stop electing rich people to Congress. Stop electing rich presidents. Start electing people who work for a living.

Sounds simple and logical. And who don't play the stock market.

He wasn't rich when he got there.

The dude was reelected 6 times. He has been a multimillionaire for at least 20 years.

That is so disgusting. McConnell should have been voted out at least 12 years ago. Thanks for being spot on about the point on privacy.

Ah yes, the well known double standards applied by almost every one of the fascists in Congress and in the current regime.

Why oh why are the mAga voters too dumb, deaf and blind to understand any of that? Especially since the majority of them are on the receiving end of the "not thee."

Here's another example, AB: Mister is refusing disaster aid to so-called blue states. Well, magas live in every state. They consistently vote against their own--and all of our--interests. When the government doesn't have all of our backs during hard times, all of America suffers. When will they get back to "we're all in this together"???

Absolutely right, KKG, but unfortunately, the answer to your question is "never."

Thank you for this piece. McConnell never seems to get the credit he deserves for being one of the kind of horrible human being he is. Trump is who he is, and we all know that. But he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for McConnell.

Yes, Gerhard Fischer .... that alone! What a wrecking ball.

Putting aside the fact that Mitch is totally corrupt, he is proving the corruption of his congressional colleagues who routinely vote to disenfranchise poor people, take away their food benefits, destroy their health benefits, and only care about their loyalty to their wannabe king.

Mitch had a chance in 2000 to ask his colleagues in the Senate to convict Donny for his impeachable offenses, but refuse. It’s high time for him to resign his position and allow his governor to appoint a replacement until the end of this year

I’m seeing ads about Kean’s loa. Fortunately playing up that he wouldn’t afford New Jerseyans the same leave…not related to his condition.

Democratic candidates must add this column to their talking points along with many other issues that point to the urgent need to vote out as many republican candidates as possible on November 3rd!
