This sounds so good - I love cardamom and I have some remaining amazing peaches.
Last week I made a similar cake with fresh blueberries and peaches, and it's almost gone after having it for breakfast every day.
I’m going to the grocery later to see if there are any good peaches remaining! fingers crossed. your breakfast cake sounds delicious.
Marissa, this is SO GOOD. I added a little cardamom to the cake batter and ate a piece warm. YUM.
