Totally agree with the Kerry Gold butter. Love it! I have never had ginger with peaches but I’m imagining a tasty sensation. Bet it would taste great with a fall variety of pear šŸ as well!

Oh yes! This recipe is a good use for peaches that aren't overly ripe. Save those drippy, lush ones for eating on their own.

Marissa, I made it last night and it was delicious! I only have juicy ripe peaches, so the frangipane was probably a bit soggy, but it tasted great.
