The Second Amendment was designed for individual states to resist federal tyranny, not for any idiot to have guns. In other words, it is time to use the 2nd amendment by having governors activate the National Guard against masked federal terrorists.
Actually, the 2nd Amendment was to facilitate the easy raising of local militias in the Southern states to put down anticipated slave rebellions. The draft language of the Constitution did not call for a state militia, but a national one that could only be called up by an act of Congress, and the Southern states didn't think the New England states would do it. Liberal urban elitists don't own many guns because they're weak and wussy in MAGA think. I say this as a gun owner and former NRA member. Weak people need to show off their weapons to maintain their manly status.
Read the Federalist Papers. A militia is a state function. The federal government has an army not a militia. New York was the first state to change its name from the militia to the National Guard. Each state has the right to have armed forces equal to the federal government. That is why many states have National Guard air wings, including fighter jets.
