The risk, of course, is that Trump will now bind himself to the mast of a ruinous course to prove to the world that he never chickens out.

Not a chance. He ALWAYS chickens out.

I worry about that too. And even if he does eventually chicken, think of all the pain and damage he will eagerly inflict in the meantime.

He Will bluster, whine and hurl insults at Wall Street agents who coined the TACO label on him! However, no such thing as bad publicity for him! The maga cult will crassly follow him , but $$$$ is the convicted felon’s life force! He caved to the Wall Street whisperers who have his ear on the potential disaster of his continued tariff wars!

Boc boc boc … too funny

I think a more suitable meaning for the acronym would be “Trump Always Cheats Others.”

Don't poke the chicken. He'll think he has to be 'strong.' His "leadership" will kill many programs and millions of working people who still need the help, He will also kill off seniors just by creating unending anxiety over Social Security. Just keep resisting and marching. And praise the courts when they stand by the Constitution. We may need to impeach some Supremes too.

To say trump is one of them is an insult to chickens!

A more suitable interpretation of the acronym would be: “Trump Always Cheats Others.”

Michael, in American English that's buc, buc, buc (rhymes with cluck).

Michael de Adder was an absolutley scurrilous attacker of Biden for 4 years. A total, complete hypocrite. Defender of democracy? Pure BS. Look at his cartoons. Might as well have been a Republican.

I question that. I would have to see what you are talking about. Not all criticism is "scurrilous."
