Anyone sane wants the most unhinged U.S. president ever...damned close to the most unhinged man ever...out of power. But what's behind him is every bit as frightening, and in some respects more so.
Is the reason that his handlers are letting unhinged DJ continue to fill a role, even as he deteriorates mentally and physically before our eyes, that they want the standards to be so low that JD doesn't seem like such a bad guy?
I would not buy into skin color tropes. The JD couch affection is a sideshow.
My theory is that he is soulless scum with no goals except money, power, audience and self adulation. That he is in trump's clown circus should be no surprise.

Are they all-knowing or all toddlers?" I loved that quote, it may highlight my next sign of peaceful protest... there's a lot of men that don't growth up without being warped in today's society... I blame it on them...grow up!!! Get that rear up and grow a garden or something worth more than the vitriol. What happened to male self-esteem, instead of hot air?
And yet, voters who say they don't approve of extremist hate language - and I believe them - still vote Republican. Because on balance hate language, while abhorrent, is still less bad than Democrats who are only about support of the "takers" at the. expense of Americans who value the traditional values of self-reliance, hard work, and family. Or so I'm guessing based on my interactions with the Republican voters in my super red NC county.
Or maybe there is another reason while voters don't abandon the Republican Party despite the purposeful hate and cruelty. I am sure I don't know.
There was a specific reason for lowering the age in D.C. at which someone can be charged with a felony. Edward Coristine, AKA "Big Balls," obviously fancies himself a very macho man who can ruthlessly slash the jobs of people without bothering to find out what they actually do. But when it comes to a street brawling, he got his poor little nose bloodied by a 15 year old. Obviously this crime against a white Doge member must be avenged, and so the age at which a black kid can be charged for a felony had to be lowered. Of course, the kid who beat up Coristine didn't even live in D.C. but who cared?
If they go really really low JD Vance sinks to the bottom. They are a disgusting lot 🤮

I wonder if the “Minnesota—fa—ots" comment was a factor in a Minneapolis ice cream shop being firebombed twice. The shop displays a gay pride flag.
