Here is one Montana that would prefer Sam Forstag. Busse is a good guy, but he ran a lackluster campaign to be governor maybe in part because he didn’t get funding from the local Democratic organization but I want a younger candidate with fresher ideas. Just because Busse is a former gun executive, does mean he’s going to win.

I think I'd rather see Sam Forstag as the US rep for Montana 1, but this being Montana, gun guy Busse most likely has a better chance.
