That would go well with a lamb or chicken gyro or a traditional Greek salad. I have a fresh new jar of Greek seasoning that would make a taste sensation! Thanks!

Oh YES this is going to be something to keep on hand and use freely. Thanks so much. Don't know if I will be able to find fresh dill (Colorado small towns) but I might add some dry dill. Thanks so much.

Yum! Yum! I’ll have to do a bit of tinkering because my husband is allergic to avocados. Or I could just be selfish, whip this up and put it in the fridge with a skull and crossbones on it to warn him. (DISCLAIMER: It’s not an avocados-can-kill-me level allergy. It’s an avocados-make-me-itchy-if-I-eat-them allergy. I wouldn’t bring avocados anywhere near the house if it was the former!)
