An active list of crimes should be published and updated each day, as we watch them happening in real time. Yes, corporations and oligarchs need to know they will be held to account. It’s also important that the Supreme Court understand that it is possible that a Democrat might look forward to the uncontained power they are granting to Trump, a power that might be used for vengeance against Republicans and the Supremes themselves for criminal acts.

I wish I were as confident as you about the results of the midterms. I see an administration willing to do anything at all to preserve its power. I foresee a situation wherein the administration claims victory regardless of what the votes actually are. It will use whatever means necessary to create chaos in the post election time, to make it impossible to actually know who won, and then claim that because the election was so "corrupt" that they have to invalidate the results of the election, and hold another one in two years.
Right. All the officials (like Bill Barr) who said the 2020 election was not rigged have been replaced by toadies who lie every day. We can't trust the DOJ, FBI, White House, etc, etc. Or the entire elected republican party.

This is a breath of fresh air. I have long advocated:
1. Doing something right now in addition to protests and boycotts - grievance proceedings to disbar DOJ attorneys who are clearly violating the oath they took to be admitted to the bar to uphold the Constitution, to be respectful to judges and not to mislead the courts; general strikes in key sections of the economy; possible tax strikes
2. Saying what will happen "afterward" with a reminder that Trump may be exempt from criminal liability, but his officials are not -- court marshal for military leaders because they are breaking the law when they obey an illegal order; reform of the Supreme Court; investigations for bribery and corruption.
On the Bulwark today, Sam Stein And Sarah Longwell speculated that if Carr and tRumpy had pressured Disney/ABC/Nextstar quietly, they might have been able to successfully get Kimmel off the air permanently.
But these regime idiots *cannot* keep quiet about how they’re dominating their foes. They HAVE to make sure that everyone is aware that they’re “on top”.
This is the Achilles heel that will bring them down when the investigations start.
If I had a Democrat to represent me in Congress, I would send them this article by Mr. Malinoski about a dozen times. Alas, I have nothing but GOP to “represent” me in Congress, so merely have to comfort myself by quietly murmuring, “you assholes aren’t gonna be ruining my country forever”.

I would add that many of the things you mention have possible civil liability and that the USA has a right to recovery of the President’s jet and/ or sums spent to refurbish or make it acceptable for use. Similarly, funds paid the president or his family or items given, like the ridiculous Tim Cook gift, belong to the United States and should be recoverable via a civil action.
