If Congress decides that this mess is an unauthorized and illegal war - what happens next? Are all our forces in the area withdrawn, or at least ordered to stop their attacks? Are those who don't comply with those orders guilty of violating their orders (and oath)?
If the US Navy escorts tankers through the Straits of Hormuz, they are likely to be attacked by Iranian swarming fast boats, etc. And then more escalation. Republicans need to grow backbones and help end this growing debacle.
Something that occurred to me this morning:

Like the tariffs--no easy out. Mister makes a mess and then claims it's someone else's fault for stopping him.

It is a war of choice. Both parties must hold their feet to the fire.
Only one will, though - and not close enough to the flames.
Senator Warner sounds like he's part of the problem, not part of the solution. He talks like he's having a love affair with the Republicans.
When he excoriated Biden for Afghanistan, I turned it off.
I don't listen to Warner anymore either. I'm just here to chat with y'all.
