I retired from teaching due to medical issues. I’ll have to go back to work because of healthcare premiums. Money’s tight, but I sure as hell will pay to support my fellow contrarians!

I think in a recent post by Heather Cox Richardson on the Supreme Court, taking away the National Guard from Trump‘s illegal activation of them, she said there was a footnote by Cavanaugh that seems to have corrected earlier statements about just picking people up because they have brown skin as being OK. It seemed like there was more clarity on the real need for due process and a reason to disturb people.If this is correct, it needs to be circulated everywhere now that because I think Kavanaugh was earlier statements were used to bold and ice and this needs to shut down.
