Years agoI enjoyed the generous harvest of a neighbor's Blenheim apricot trees when living in Palo Alto . Later, I could buy the dried fruit at Trader Joe's but now they no longer carry that heritage variety. Blenheims have a complex rich flavor that can't be beat.
Can’t wait to make it! I spent a month in Vienna last year and ate the most delicious apricot yogurt daily . Now I understand why. Have been searching for it here in California but no luck! Headed back to Vienna in September. Looking forward to having the apricot yogurt! Very sad about the beautiful orchards! We seem to always ruin beauty !
I buy them at the grocery usually. But the farmer’s market usually has them for a brief time. That’s me in NJ. Not sure where you’re from. We need to find you some!

I have one. It was very generous this year, but it was a very fast season. Less than three weeks! I ate them fresh, I dried a bunch, and at the end all I could do is pit them and put them in the freezer. Mine is a "Hardicot" sub-variety of Harcot for colder climates.

Lovely!! Blenheim were THE popular apricot in that area. Still available but harder to find.
Takes me back about 30 years ago while traveling through California and seeing all the apricot groves!

Jealous!! I have one apple tree that finally grew some apples...that were eaten by the deer. Hmmmmph.
