I’ve never made preserved lemons because, living in France, I can find them easily. But I know there are great recipes online and it’s not complicated.
This recipe looks so good. I've added it to my files, although with a husband who has issues with lemon and onions, I'm not sure I will have a chance to make it. I'll have to look up preserved lemons. Even getting good regular lemons in north-central Indiana is not easy. When we recently visited California for a wedding, my sister gave me a dozen glorious lemons from her tree to bring home.
