She violated the Epstein Files Transparency Act protecting Trump and the rich elites in the Epstein Class, she had the MAGA inquisition into everyyone who was a Trump opponent, she refused to prosecute any crimes committed by Republicans or friends of Trump, and she gutted the DOJ of everyone but fervent Trump bootlickers.
The damage she and Trump have done to our justice system will take a generation to repair.

Bondi was not fired because of her “…lawless tenure as Attorney General (which) ‘lost’ the ‘trust [in the Department of Justice] that ha[d] been earned over generations’; (and) ‘destroyed’ ‘the presumption of regularity’; and ‘lost the trust and confidence’ of legal communities and the public”. Not at all. She was fired because she wasn’t lawless enough, because she didn’t destroy the integrity of the DOJ as much as Trump desired, because she didn’t bulldoze the trust and confidence of legal communities and the public. She wasn’t fired because she was corrupt. She was fired because she wasn’t corrupt enough.
The justice system will continue to be destroyed - because we have a criminal POTUS, Colorado warned and objected but we also have a corrupt SCOTUS. Add in McConnell, who noted that Trump was a criminal, and we can see the spineless unethical folk in Congress. The Congressional fraternity is tight and they rarely rid their own - except maybe pedophile Gaetz, and thief Santos. Congress is full of insurrectionists, pedophiles, and inside traders (Kevin Hern and Mike Kelly for instance). Let us hope the voters are motivated to remove the bad apples - then we can impeach.
With Insurrectionists Cruz, Graham, Hawley, Grassley, Cornyn, Jordan, Biggs, and Roy in charge of the Judicial Committees - a lot of bad apple removal is needed. The corrupt insurrectionist Cornyn might be better than the terrible human being Paxton.

Democracy loving Americans, it seems to me, continue to cling to delusions of common purpose. The GOP, trump et al, have no interest in the institutions of democracy or even the equitable application of law, and it is imperative that democracy proponents understand that half the nation has completely abandon democracy as a form of government they want. Unfortunately, opportunists and undereducated GOP members wholly embrace the destruction of representative government and the sooner we accept this truth the sooner we can decide how to save those Americans who have not lost their minds. The cancer which has metastasised through the GOP is not curable and they cannot be brought into the fold of those who work to steward our democratic republic. They will continue to destroy any semblance of our founding father’s vision of America, even if it means authoritarian dictatorship—and of course oligarchic overreach. So when I read, ‘it will take years to restore the DOJ’ I have to laugh and cry, because there is no restoration in the cards, trust in government will be permanently poisoned by the current ‘administration’ unless there is some magical cathartic restart, which in my opinion, will not happen as there will be no nation to save or even re form if the US is brought to that point. I suspect the only viable future for democracy in the former US will be if states choose to redefine their allegiances to each other in the form of a democratic treaty consortium. Essentially blue states will have to band together and defy the red states beholden to their dictatorial leader.
