My neighbor adopts older dogs, and what a loving commitment that is in our disposable world. I already have two seniors; we're on the left coast, so I hope that someone in Luna's orbit has the smarts to take her up on her love offer. The benefit is that dogs compound love daily, so if you take in an elder, you get exponential payback! Luv ya, Luna.
Thank you, Rural Dog Rescue, for your loving work saving the 4 legged ones. Luna, you are now famous, and thousands might see your soulful eyes. Out of those, it only takes one person to want you very much, and you will get a home. I think this is highly probable. You deserve love.
I hope we will hear the good news when Luna finds a home. Our former-feral kitty wouldn't be really excited about her joining us, and she probably wouldn't enjoy the trip to California, but I wish her a happy forever home.
😢 Precious Luna--my heart breaks when I see these innocent babies💔. We have hundreds of Lunas in St. Louis (I try to help our no kill shelters too), and my wish is that SHE finds the loving person/family she deserves. Thank you Contrarian for reaching out to help her🫶
Oh, pretty Luna-girl! I am so sorry this happened to you. Your forever family is out there and will adopt you soon. Sending much love from California. 💖
What a sweetie. I hope she gets a forever home soon. My sister adopted Olive last year. She was slated to be put down as she had been in the shelter for too long. She is a Borador (border collie and lab mix) and is a wonderful dog. She is now two and is happily living with her forever Mom and Dad.
look at that face!

Good for Luna, but the people who abandoned her...don't get me started.
I hope I never run into them 🙂↔️
Poor Luna looks so sad. I don't know how anyone can be so cruel to a helpless animal. Must be fascist voters.
Right, who could say no to just an adorable face?! She is a happy gal, though, despite everything!
That's good to hear. I hope she finds a loving home soon.

This is an incredibly kind message - Luna says thank you ❤️

Lovely, smart, goofy… the list goes on!
My dog’s name is also Luna 😊.
She looks/sounds a love, hope she is adopted soon 🤞.
Those sad eyes! She looks like a brindle girl. I love brindles. I hope you get a loving home soon, Luna!

Luna is a beauty! Hopefully she finds a home where she can spend the rest of her days. With lots of treats!
The treats are a must!

Mine too, it’s awful how these lovely animals are treated by humans sometimes!

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in my building. Luna looks adorable. I hope someone gives her the love and care she needs. Good luck Luna.
