Thank you Norm and your partners of the Contrarian. We live in another civil war and will prevail. A democratic government, as Lincoln defined in Gettysburg is after all a form of government after church, just like hospitals, schools are also so. An authoritarian government is after King. All kings did not last.
The Contrarian was the very first thing I signed up with and I am so proud of you, Norm, and all the lawyers who are working hard to keep our freedoms during this most precarious time. Go, Contrarians!!
Thank you for all you do!!!! But let us not forget the IATSE Kennedy Center stage workers who were summarily fired (in violation of their CBA) when the 'renovation' plan was introduced. I hope you're working with IATSE to right that wrong.
I am spreading the word about The Contrarian. People are so desperate for things to "make sense again," and they want someone to fight for what's right. Thank you for fighting!
I signed on the very first time you appeared...or the first moment I could. Lucky for me. I woul dhave had a very hard time keeping my head up withut you all. Thank you. Also love seeing you, on computer screen and Tv. Thank you thank you.
Thanks for all the litigation against Trump. His shenanigans never cease so it’s aways ongoing with his regime. I’m so glad to see his name to be removed from the Kennedy Center and everything else he is losing on. Keep up the great work Norm.
Thank you for giving us hope and by DOING something rather than blabbing about it. Honestly? It's gotten to the point where The Contrarian is so crowded with voices that I no longer read much beside your columns and Jen's. Noise is noise, whether it's on our side or not...
Back to planting the garden but first sending you many kudos and more thanks before I go!!
Hope Jen is resting her voice while she continues to share her scathing summaries with us!
The tax amnesty is flying under the radar. IMO it’s worse than the 1776 fund scam. No taxes or filings by any Trump family member or corporation. Taking billions of dollars from the American people.
All thanks to Norm and his merry band of brilliant litigators! These legal victories are the only things giving me hope these days. And yes, the return of its true name to the Kennedy Center is a really big deal. As is the feat of gettin 35 judges to sign on to that lawsuit. Bravo!!!
I agree, Donna. I have never been to the Kennedy Center and never will, but it is my right that all Americans have the chance to see performances there. It adds to our nation's integrity... or at least, it will again soon.
"We won’t stop until we have not only guaranteed that no money will be paid, but also that Trump’s sweeping “settlement” absolving himself and his family from vast liabilities is also reversed."
This is more important than anything else. If the man can settle with himself, he'll just keep doing this until 2028. Also, as a federal worker household, we're thrilled to see that Norm & Co. are handling DOGE cases. It's sick that it takes this long, when people have either lost their jobs or have had to live with the threat of it all this time. The stress is unbearable. Every day is a struggle, whereas in the before times, all we did was do our jobs. That's how it's supposed to be.
You are an inspiration Norm.
And apparently a man of boundless energy!

And thanks to Jen Rubin for her awareness and insights and great writing.

TRUMP IS SINKING.
POUR IT ON!
Thank you for everything you’re doing to fight back against this authoritarian and corrupt regime!❤️

Agree, while all of us have different rules. It's beyond sickening. NO KINGS.
