I don't think Putin came with only ultimatums. I believe he came with proof that he has copies of all the videos that Epstein taped of sex with teenage girls. Trump is in those videos. Putin can blackmail Trump (or continue to blackmail him).

There was no heart, there was no courage, there was no brains.

Nope, the Monday meeting was interrupted so that Trump could call Putin for further instructions. The meeting looked like another huge waste of time, with the senile Trump launching into his greatest hits: election denial and how great he is. Real courage would have been if one or more of the foreign leaders present had throttled Trump.

And pathetically, they did not. They flattered, they genuflected. They feigned agreement, lest they offend this most thin-skinned of public figures. And rather than invite the US president to Europe, this group of eight plus their aides agreed to travel to the White House to meet one man. How imbalanced is this? If only Ukraine's allies would set some ultimatum for the US. As we know "he" is a bully and as we know that translates to coward.

I would never confuse a beer hall putsch with courage anymore than I would describe the January 6 traitors and scumbags as patriots.

Courage is what you display when you risk your life to save others, not when you kill others to protect a gaslighting, 34-times convicted, twice-impeached criminal from justice. Honor is when you show the world whose side you're really on, not when you pause a meeting with your NATO allies to check in with your boss in Moscow.

A total abject failure of the Nazi felon in chief.

Trump is a coward. His fear makes him weak. And his weakness plays out through cruelty and pandering.

But stupidity and arrogance was very well represented.

Other than Macron, I do not believe any of the other European leaders have the backbone to stand up to the convicted felon.

Trump administration is corrupted. The administration has no credibility.

"Conceding on Ukraine is not a grim strategic necessity but a self-serving act: allowing Putin to walk away strengthened while trading an ally’s future for the illusion of progress." The Felon has always taken the side of the authoritarian because he's making the United States an authoritarian theocracy with the Felon as the leader and the American oligarchs running the Country.

Anyone watching/listening to the Felon in his first administration would not be surprised at the Felon's actions before, during and after the Anchorage meeting. The blowhard saying there will be sanctions if there is no ceasefire, rolling out the red carpet for the murderous authoritarian, then no ceasefire, no sanctions and blame the one attacked for the attack itself. I think Putin has the Pee Pee tape.

All Netanyahu had to do was to recommend the Felon receive the Nobel Peace Prize. Per the Felon: the slaughtering of children should stop, roll out the red carpet for Netanyahu, cancel visas for children from Gaza receiving medical care in the United States.

During their visits to the US, both Netanyahu and Putin recommended President Orwell for the Nobel Peace Prize. In return, they were given concessions instead of faced with demands. As Henri IV of France said, Paris is worth a Mass.

Yes, courage is what ordinary Ukrainians and their leader have displayed and acted upon. President Zelinsky appears to be trying ever so hard to save his country and its people. Very unlike the destructiveness and hatred exhibited by Trump.

Trump was truly pathetic in Anchorage. Prior to the meeting, all talk. Then no action! Zilch. He folded like a house of cards and gave Putin everything. What happened to the sanctions if there was no ceasefire? The moment came and we saw an obsequious display of weakness. TACO!

There is absolutely NO REASON why Russian funds should not be seized by Western countries to help Ukraine defend itself from the illegal Russian aggression.

Where is the Republican Party - crickets from everyone in defense of our (former) ally of Ukraine. This is after Senator Wicker and House Intelligence Chair Turner both aggressively criticised Biden last fall, after the election, for failing to provide sufficient defense assistance quickly enough to the Ukraine.

Courage is not a characteristic of the Trump administration...and yes, I am well aware of how much of an understatement that is. The ersatz tough guy once again folds like a cheap suit. Putin pinched his cheek, patted him on the head and sent him home with new instructions.

In Donny's version of the art of the deal ABC means-- Always Be Capitulating. I certainly am glad that he keeps telling us we're winning because, if I didn't know better, I'd think we were losing.

You give Trump much too much credit to think that he could even conceive of having a courageous choice. The choices Trump instinctively makes are ONLY about what is best of him AT THAT MOMENT. The meeting in Alaska was about when the 4th grade bully ran into the sixth grade bully, the role model of a cunning, merciless, war criminal, and our pedophile president instinctively knew that his role was to submit. He came with the bluster of "if there is no ceasefire there will be sanctions on Russia. He left with a ceasefire is a bad idea (woof woof, scratch my tummy.). And the Republicans all tried to hide in the bushes.

Today, the NATO leaders ganged up on Trump. His response was to call Putin and ask how to handle it. Putin has convinced Trump that the two of them should divide the world and each rule half, or maybe a third, leaving East Asia to Xi. That means Putin will support Trump when he invades Canada or Greenland. "Big countries win. Small countries lose." That's Trump' sophisticated foreign policy. Except the US is now losing everywhere, and everyone but Putin and Netanyaho, both merciless killers, hate us.

"Woof woof, scratch my tummy." Spot on. Putin's poodle.
