Thank you for all your work publishing the Contrarian. My past writing to Contrarian, my hair was on fire. My deepest fear is happening. We are being out maneuvered in the Supreme Court. I said we need actions not words. We need overwhelming court filings that make Trump's life unbearable and drive the justice department into full retreat. Waves of court filings. Waves of protests. The heat must be an inferno against Trump now. There is not much time left to wring our hands and say OH GEE! What action are you going to take? Tell me.
Leah Litman’s piece on SCOTUS is excellent. They’ve added insult to injury here. First by overturning Dobb’s then giving the states the right to defund Planned Parenthood. For those on Medicaid who depend on PP for their health screenings/care they’ve given them the power to eliminate a choice in which to obtain their healthcare. That is so wrong.
Jen, please do so up-to-date commentary/analysis re apparent Administration efforts to frame Kilmar Abrego-Garcia with testimony of convicted criminals (who are then being let free for their testimony.) Apologies for any inaccuracies in what I have written - this story is making me so upset I can't stand to dig into it in depth.
