Featuring Jen Rubin & Rep. Mikie Sherrill; Josh Levs; Where in the World is Tim Mak; Alexander Vindman; Frederic Frommer; Meredith Blake; Meghan Houser; Michael de Adder; and the Democracy Movement
I have written earlier on this - the Democrats need to set up a Shadow Cabinet, like the opposition party does in the UK. This is especially important to maintain communications with our (former) allies in Mexico, Canada and the EU. It is also important for communication with the American people on issues like Social Security, Medicaid and HHS questions. Let's get the Democrats to do that!!
Loved the article on Dictionary.com and Thesaurus.com, which contained the best news I've seen in a while. It tends to offset, to a degree, a current post by Robert Reich in which he cites certain popularity polling results as reasons for optimism: Trump is -5, Vance is -8, Musk is -12, GOP is -15. Schumer is -33, and the Democratic Party as a whole is -35. It can hardly be viewed as optimistic that the GOP is only at minus 15 when the Dems are at minus 35. It is hard to understand why the GOP would not be far more unpopular than the Dems, as the GOP is totally screwing up the country from a point where we had an economy that was the envy of the world under President Biden to one that is in free fall with the GOP in charge. Can anyone explain that incongruity? Or is it just that the GOPers will always say they are happy with their destructors while the Dems are more willing to assess what the party is accomplishing in real time?

Even though 47 is a convicted felon, that does not relieve the AG from following the Rule of Law.
Unfortunately she is just a mouthpiece, like the rest of the Cabinet of unqualified, disastrous, uneducated and morally bankrupt people.

Unless you cover Feathers of Hope, you're not covering the Democracy movement. https://jerryweiss.substack.com/
