To my parents, the answer to "When?" was always, "MaƱana." So, we knew it would never happen. "Two weeks" to Trump must be the amount of time it takes for him to completely abandon all thought of whatever it was he said he'd do.
Nanosecond might be a better timeframe. When one is demented and has tangential thinking, something is said and one word can provoke a new thought and tangential conversation. Even diseased brains transmit electrical signals rapidly - flight of ideas. Sad situation.
