To my parents, the answer to "When?" was always, "Mañana." So, we knew it would never happen. "Two weeks" to Trump must be the amount of time it takes for him to completely abandon all thought of whatever it was he said he'd do.

Nanosecond might be a better timeframe. When one is demented and has tangential thinking, something is said and one word can provoke a new thought and tangential conversation. Even diseased brains transmit electrical signals rapidly - flight of ideas. Sad situation. Too bad those ideas can’t ricochet around orange mussolini brain and turn it into total mush and extinguish him. Combover caligula epitaph: Died of brain mush “in two weeks”. Mirabile dictu.
