I agree, Janet in NC. Barrett. Roberts and Kavanaugh attending Trump's state dinner of Xi right after that horrific ruling was NO COINCIDENCE. You do not need to be a professional diplomat to see that those optics sent a very disturbing message about what the Roberts MAGA 6 Court thinks about tbe US Constitution and our rule of law. 🤢
What I don't get is how the federal government can claim any harm whatsoever, let alone 'irreparable harm' when the Constitution gives control of elections to the states and congress.
How does the CA Supreme Court ruling regarding seizing ballots compare to the seizure of ballots in GA? I'm not a lawyer but I recall the Federal Courts (Appeals Court?) permitted the FBI (with Tulsi Gabbard's illegal presence) to seize GA ballots. What happened to the chain of custody in that case relative to the CA case?
Why is there no criminal punishment for a sheriff illegally seizing ballots? Accountability must be more than a court saying you're not allowed to do that.
Please, just some of the U.S. population voted for this atrocity. Some who did, when now questioned, say that they were sold a bill of goods. They sold the whole country a bill of goods when they voted for the man.
We can indeed begin to 'set the record right' with this midterm election, but it will take a lot more that this to undo the damage that this administration continues to do.
On WH press: I tune in to hear calls on C Span and learn a lot. When reporters are treated rudely, the others should ask the same question. Now that they acted in unison over the camera feed, they should join together to do this as well. The Public needs to see that the reporter wasn’t wrong to ask the question!It’s misleading to the audience and it breeds the notion that nothing negative can be brought into the Oval Office.
1. Did SCOTUS not hear about DHS' egregious claim of 15,903 non-citizens on Nevada's voter rolls only to then admit the numbers were inflated? They backed the number down to only 185 but when Nevada election officials investigated they found all 185 people were citizens.
2. What is happening with the seized Fulton County ballots?
