Setting missiles against civilian targets (the school and its attending kids) and blowing up a bridge with people on it and having picnics in its shade under it who were killed by falling debris cannoth be classified as attacks against military facilities. His collusion with another war criminal (Netanyahu) puts him in the same bed.
Very informative. I fervently hope that the ICC, along with our cooperation, will prosecute Trump and his cronies for war crimes. Article 8 seems to cover most of what they have done, although if this keeps going others may apply. This has to happen when the Democrats are back in power. It may be the only way to restore at least some of the faith lost in our county due to our current regime.
This is totally depressing. Bush withdrew our involvement in 2002 claiming it interfered with our sovereignty. What a load of crap. That puts us in the same category as China and Russia. This needs to change. We can't feign support for this organization, if we are unwilling to become members and abide by international law.
Then at the conclusion of this administration or preferably before, we need to institute a series of Nuremberg II type of trials. Crimes agains humanity must have consequences.

This kind of language is the same I've overheard among the good old boy's coffee klatches and the so called big shots at the country club grill rooms, all of whom think they're the smartest guys in the room. Trump is from the latter, a group whose claim to fame is usually the result of either being born into wealth or having had one good money making idea in their entire life. Under no circumstances is it the result of extended and successful experience at high levels in the government or military.
That said, I have to say I'm getting kind of tired getting appeals for money from the DNC without anything in the way of evidence that convinces me they've thought seriously about how they're going to retrieve the allegiance of the working class whose patience with Democrats ran out in 2016 and led us to where we're at now.
I tend to vote Democratic no matter what their faults may be, but this crap has to end. We need a significant majority if we're going to fix what Trump has broken, much less deal effectively with AI and climate change.

The US is not a signatory to the ICC, so the orange dumpster or any of his cronies will ever face that court.
