Pablo, what TOCs did someone click on to buy the ticket at the Garden? I think some of the problem is that people simply ‘accept the TOCs’ without actually reading through them. It won’t justify what happened and especially to the 1 fan. But the companies plan on you NOT reading the TOCs.
