What motivates Ellison? This country has been wonderful to him, allowing him to amass more money than he can spend. Why would he want to destroy his country, rather than try to lift it up? Doesn’t make any more sense than why the American people would elect a wrecking ball….TWICE!!!…..to be their President. Why so much insanity?!

Consider lust for power, no integrity or honor, and greed as motivation.

The power and influence that comes with incredible wealth, must go to one's head. I wouldn't know. It must be a terrible temptation to not abuse such qualities.........Apparently, many fail to use such blessings responsibly.....sad to say. What a shame........

In his eyes, he isn't destroying the counry. He thinks he is shaping the country to his liking and to fit his warped "philosophy". Short-sighted and stupid, but what can we expect from Trump hangers-on.

The so-called "Republican Base" has been programed for over 50 years. They were the "Birthers" and now they are the MAGA Voodoo Cult. "1984" in real life.

Tea Tea Party folk were in there somewhere too.

If you ever were on the SF Bay and watched the America's Cup Races 2013 you witnessed the quintessential power of Larry Ellison and his Oracle win the races.

What motivates Ellison? The same thing that motivates Emperors to expand their Empires. And using the same War Birds, like the Romulan Bird of Prey and its allegorical Oracle to swoop-down from the heavens, uncloaking itself to dominate the hapless consumers of America , whose King is a Felon hand-picked by Ellison (and his Machiavellian cohorts) to do his bidding. It's called the Hubris Syndrome.

Whatever happened to the ruling that no one media souce could have more than a certain percentage of the business in a specific area? Now it's the whole country that's at stake. Where are the anti-monopoly laws today? From the Sherman Anti-trust Act to the Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914, there used to be protections in place for the people. With all of the media mergers, and especially this mega-merger afoot, it's clear that protections have been abandoned, and the "free press" will be anything but that.

Kill the law that passed to create

"money is speech" law.

Likewise, negate the Citizens United decision of the supreme court. Corporations are NOT people.

This is but one problem that Tax the Hell Out of Billionaires would solve.

Trump & Co engage in self enrichment & celebrate blowing things up calling it strategy. Meanwhile, China’s building what actually matters for the next fifty years.

Donny Boy and TRUMP INC. is a Crime Family. He and those that support him are unindicted criminals. Everyone should expect them to always behave as criminals unless they are arrested, convicted and taken out of action.

The social media addiction algorithm is the amplifier control on the microphone. Turning all the news outlets into Fox Spews clones becomes the megaphone speaker. Connecting the two generates harsh noise that drowns out all cogent conversation. The lawsuit against the algorithm is key. The first liability case dropped the first shoe. There are hundreds of others waiting in the wings. Addiction of children is the lever that can constrain the faux news spew that adults become addicted to. Break the lever to level the field. The law isn't about the content, per se; it's about the algorithm's intention to form an addiction with viewers. There is no constitutional right to addict people.

We'll be protesting today. We know of many people who wish they could but can't due to medical conditions, work, attending children's/grandchildren's events, etc. So I suggest that the estimated number of protesters be multiplied at least by 5X to determine how many people are against tRump and his republican enablers.

Getting ready to go to No King/Tyranny Rally in my Vermont village. No place to march, so we all stand with our many signs and wave and call at passing motorists. We are kind of the center of several roads coming together, so hope and expect a big crowd. Thinking of all you already in place. Bless you all.

Beware of the "Ozlions" - congressional Republicans who are as cowardly as the lion in the "Wizard of Oz."

Also, Trump's suspension of sanctions for Russian and Iranian oil sales effectively means that Trump is paying Iranians to attack and kill American soldiers and Putin to attack and kill Ukrainians. Why is no one screaming about this?

I am screaming and loudly Please join me.

Looking out at the world we see either a jungle surrounding some islands of civilization or we see the opposite. Civilized societies with some jungles here and there. From this perspective, US Presidents should uplift the American people. We expect them to crystalize our national aspirations, US Presidents should be protecting America's 250 year old civilized society, it's laws and traditions from the primary law of the jungle, "Might makes Right". Do we have that perspective in the US today? The guy currently holding our title of POTUS is right there in the "jungle', unbound by law or tradition, beating his chest and humiliating "We the People" with his cruelty and lawlessness.

In his view, "He" and only "He" can "save" the rich, White Christian islands of "civilization", even if he has to violate every norm and every law of civilization to do it. He must be the Biggest, Meanest, Most Dangerous beast in the world to save "civilization". (And pocket Big $ fees in the process). Monarchs, Kings, Emperors, Dictators have all operated this way throughout human history.

WE DON'T NEED KINGS IN AMERICA!

BRING OUT 20,000,000 PEOPLE AROUND THE GLOBE!
