Met her once, back when she was Hennepin County Attorney. Yes, if ICE had tried to pull their crimes a few years ago, they'd have had to contend with her. Even then, it was pretty obvious that she was bound for greater responsibility. I'd vote for her again.
Eric Schmitt has been touting to MO voters his work on the Protect College Sports Act. It’s on the homepage of his website site. He also has been interviewed about it on the local St. Louis ESPN sports radio station. Iowa borders Missouri to the north. Even casual sports followers in MO are familiar with Iowa’s Hawkeyes basketball teams which are usually pretty good. And yet Schmitt who wants us to believe he is focused on college sports is so much more focused on a gotcha that he gotcha-ed himself. Missourians definitely deserve better. And I have seen nothing in local sources suggesting he is VP nomination bound. Many
of us would like to see his political career ended by a defeat when he’s up for reelection.
