The current Supreme Court, made up of six Christian Nationalists and three Justices who follow the Constitution is illegitimate. There's no such thing as Presidential immunity anywhere in the Constitution. There's no such thing as the "Major Questions Doctrine" anywhere in the Constitution. Roe, as Kavanaugh said, was precedent on precedent. The SC, AL and LA racial redistricting decisions thwarted the will of Congress in the 1982 amendment to the Voting Rights Act, signed by Ronald Reagan.
Yes, shameful decisions, not to mention Alito's public rebuff to Sotomayor's public reading of the dissent. This Court is literally lawless, partisan, and more divided by a wide margin than any Court in my lifetime. Six highly partisan and mostly Catholic justices acting as if they had never read the Bible, the teachings of Jesus, let alone the Constitution or the laws passed by Congress. Roberts is a failure. The rest, save the 3 liberals, are detached from reality. Sickening are the consequences of their narrow-mindedness.
Impeachment proceedings need to be started immediately after the Democrats take control in January 2027 against six of the Supreme Court justices that are violating the constitution and lied to get their positions
I fear for birthright citizenship. We may not lose it in this round, but it is coming. Like voting rights laws, this Supreme Court is whittling until it can get the law to a point with new lawsuits that will make it easy to kill. I don't know if Democrats will ever take the bold steps necessary to rebalance this court, but the country can't continue down this path too much longer. We have at least two thoroughly corrupt and ideologically bent justices. Whether the other conservatives are, too, is a moot question. They join those two nearly always to undermine and rewrite large sections of the constitution as if they are, alone, their own constitutional convention.
The second thing we must do is develop a revised constitution to strengthen existing laws and add new provisions that meet the challenges and crises we face now around voting, police power, judicial restraint, corruption, and removal of corrupt officials. If we can't revise our constitution to meet these challenges, we shouldn't be surprised that one ideologically driven political party continues to find ways to shred and break it, hike the other party is unable to effectively stop it.
I just saw it in a flash: this barrage of Alito opinions is his swan song. He will retire this summer to ensure that Trump can push through an equally fanatical successor with a friendly, supine Senate.
Yeah, I'd guess that at the latest, if the Senate flips in November Alito and Thomas will both retire and Thune will try to Barrett a couple of replacement jackbooted "justices" through before January.

Just as a clarification. There are not three "liberal" Justices. There are three Justices who follow the rule of law and the Constitution.
