My, non-lawyer, understanding is that this would eliminate perhaps the only remaining means of the Courts enforcing their orders against the tRump regimes cast of scoundrels, sycophants and psychos (nice alliteration, ehh?).
One thing to do is pressure your Senators to stand against this and many other provisions of the BBB. A quick way to get this to your Congress persons is a Resistbot petition specifically mentioning this -- "SIGN PQQFHG" {text message to 50409}

Trump is just the distraction to divert the media and public and we are fast closing in on the end of the first 180 days of the presidency. Day 181 is theoretically too late.*
And this clause from the big beautiful bill will ensure that the courts are powerless to stop Trump or Project 2025:
"No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued"

Is there a possibility that Trump will maintain the military presence in Washington folowing the June 14th "parade"? They seem to want to have some pretty heavy equipment in the line-up.
