How the hell they can use a law in such a two faced way is beyond my comprehension. If they’re not going to enforce FACE in terms of protecting visitors into Reproductive care clinics then they can’t use it against journalists either. These people don’t get to decide how a law can and cannot be used. The judiciary needs to call them out on this.

The problem is not so much "the judiciary," but the grand jury system of a dump prosecutor introducing his or her case against (in this instance) Don Lemon and Georgia Fort with a bunch of lies. Since no defense attorney is allowed at grand jury proceedings and many grand jury members being ignorant of the law and events in general, they indict.

Hence the term "grand juries will indict a ham sandwich."

Oops, correct argument, wrong case citation:

In the case of the grand jury indictments, I should have used the Letitia James and James Comey grand jury indictments as the instance.

In the case of Don Lemon's and Georgia Fort's arrest, apparently they were directed by DOinJ's Bondi, without a grand jury.

Also, in several instances in the last month, where grand jury members were obviously aware of current events, they have refused to indict in several cases.
